Shipping Policy
All orders ship via standard ground shipping unless otherwise selected at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 1pm MT may ship the same day.
Please note that shipping timelines selected at checkout apply after your order has been processed and fulfilled by our team.
Shipping speed selected at checkout refers to the carrier’s estimated transit time after fulfillment processing.
Under normal order volume, estimated delivery timelines are approximately:

Economy Shipping (5–8 business days) + 1–2 business day processing = approximately 6–10 business days total

Standard Shipping (3–4 business days) + 1–2 business day processing = approximately 4–6 business days total

Express Shipping (1–2 business days) + 1–2 business day processing = approximately 2–4 business days total
During promotions or periods of elevated order volume, processing times may extend to approximately 2–5 business days. Shipping timelines are in addition to processing times.
All orders are packed and fulfilled in the order they are received. Selecting expedited shipping speeds up carrier transit time, but does not move your order ahead in our fulfillment queue.
Shipping Locations
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
Please note that deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional transit time.
Order Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make changes to shipping information.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Delivery Confirmation
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier — including photo confirmation where available — it is considered fulfilled on our end.
Good Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages after delivery confirmation. If you believe your package was misdelivered, we recommend:

Contacting the shipping carrier directly to open a claim
The shipping carrier is the only party able to investigate GPS scan data and delivery details.
