Returns & 60-Day Guarantee

We want you to feel confident trying Good Beauty. Our products are thoughtfully formulated, made in small batches, and designed to support your skin over time.

If something isn’t right, here’s how refunds and returns work:


One-Time Purchases

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on one-time purchases.

If you’re not satisfied, you may request a return within 60 days of order placement please email hello@goodbeauty.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll verify your order to ensure it meets the following conditions:

  • The product was not purchased as part of a final sale or special promotional campaign
  • The request falls within the 60-day window
  • The order is a first-time purchase

Once your return is approved, you will receive return instructions.

Returned orders are subject to an $8 handling fee.

Refunds are issued once the unused returned product has been received and processed at our warehouse. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been completed.

Once we receive the return, a refund will be issued within 3 business days.  Please be noticed that it will be showing on your statement within 5-10 business days.

Please ensure items are packaged securely when shipping back to us. We are not responsible for items damaged in return transit.

If your product arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can assist with a replacement or store credit.

Please note: Items purchased as part of a final sale or special promotional campaign (including BOGO offers, limited-time sales, or marked final sale items) are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. These purchases are considered final.


Subscription Orders

Subscriptions are designed to make caring for your skin simple, consistent, and more cost-effective.

Because subscription orders are prepared and fulfilled on a recurring schedule — and inventory is reserved in advance — subscription orders are final once processed and are not eligible for refunds.

You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time prior to your next scheduled shipment to avoid future charges. Once a subscription order has processed, it cannot be refunded.


Delivery Issues

Please refer to our shipping policy for shipping timelines. 

Our 60-day money-back guarantee applies to product satisfaction only and does not cover packages marked delivered by the carrier.

Once an order is marked delivered — including photo confirmation where available — it is considered fulfilled.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages after delivery confirmation. Any delivery discrepancies must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.
